- Do you accept a deposit or advance payment?
- For social media management contracts, we require a minimum 6-month contract to protect the rights of both parties. For event photography (weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, etc.), a deposit equal to 30% of the total fee is required prior to the shoot.
- How many people will be in the team on the day of the event?

- What services do you offer?
- Under the Nowt Agency umbrella, we offer services in two areas: Through Nowt Creative, we provide businesses with social media content creation (Reels, posts, posters, menu design) and account management; through Birlikte Güzel Medya, we handle photo and video shoots for special occasions such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, graduations, and baby and children’s photo sessions.
- In which region or city do we receive services?
- We provide services in all 81 provinces of Turkey. For projects outside of Turkey, we provide services upon prior consultation.
- How is your pricing determined?
- Our prices vary depending on the duration of the shoot, the number of crew members, the equipment used, and the scope of the requested content (photos, video, drone footage, etc.). Please contact us to receive a customized quote.
- How does the reservation/appointment process work?
- You can reach us via our contact form, by phone, or through our social media accounts. After discussing your needs, we’ll work with you to determine the dates and package options that best suit you.
- How long does it take to receive the photos/videos after the shoot?
- For events such as weddings and engagement parties, we deliver a selection of photos within 24 hours. Depending on the event’s workload, we’ll provide you with a delivery date after the event concludes.
- Do you provide raw (unedited) photos/videos?
- Our standard packages include professionally edited content that has undergone color correction and post-production. We generally do not provide raw footage to customers who request it.
- What does a social media management service include?

- Do you do drone filming?
- Yes, we do. Depending on your request and needs, you can choose the option that best suits you from our selection of standard drones or FPV drones.
